This is a delicious, easy, guest-worthy entrée that I rely on to impress friends or celebrate small victories.  It looks and tastes more complex than the 9 ingredients would lead you to believe.  We were overdue to have our lovely neighbors from across the street over for dinner AND we had fresh truffles on hand from the Oregon Truffle Festival, so this was perfect.
